Customers can check-in by 3 pm on the day of arrival and contact our customer service before arrival for the key collection. The check-out can be done by 10 am.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy varies concerning the duration of stay and before the time of arrival. A cancellation fee is charged, which is non-refundable.
Security Deposit
For the safety of our customers, we require a credit card authorisation form, filled and signed by the potential customer, along with Photograph and driving licence or passport.
